With 18 + years of wellness and marketing experience, it has provided me with the resources to lovingly guide women and children to understanding the power of their soul mission.

My story: 

​

For 18 + years I have been on my journey as a self-care mentor  teaching and guiding women and children. I have a special love for teaching women how to go from toxic to empowered with sacred self-care.

​

There's a special place in my heart for teaching about sacred self-care, and advocating for women and children because I am a survivor of narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault. Due to lies and corruption my daughter and I have dealt with a lot of trauma brought on by a narcissistic abuser. Narcissistic abusers are everything they accuse you of being.

 

The trauma caused by the narcissists in my life led to me being diagnosed with PTSD. Thankfully sacred self-care elevated me daily to have a deeper spiritual understanding of the parasites and energetic imbalances. I overcame surrendering to PTSD, so I can vibe high and embrace my spiritual superpowers. 

 

As a medicine woman, spiritual warrior, and mommy, battles have inspired and guided me to my soul mission which is to be an advocate for women and children. I now feel empowered surrendering to my soul mission.
